Exporter of Premium Indian Pulses
About the category

Two harvests a year keep Indian mung in constant supply

Mung is grown as a Kharif (monsoon) crop harvested from September to November and again as a short-duration summer crop from April to June. Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh are the main producing states, and this dual season means fresh-crop mung is rarely more than a few months old.

We supply whole mung graded for size and germination, and dehusked Moong Dal milled to a tight broken tolerance. Both are sortex-sorted for colour so the finished pack looks as good as it cooks.

Green Gram · Moong · Vigna radiata

HS Code: 0713 31 90

Whole mung beans are small, olive-green pulses valued for their high germination rate, quick cooking and mild flavour. They are a staple for sprouting in Southeast Asia, for dal and khichdi in South Asia, and for noodles and desserts in East Asia.

Our whole mung is sourced from Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Gujarat, machine-cleaned and sortex-sorted for a bright, uniform green with minimal weevil-damaged or discoloured seeds. Sprouting-grade lots with germination testing are available on request.

Split Mung Beans

Moong Dal · Yellow Mung

HS Code: 0713 31 90

Moong Dal is whole mung that has been dehusked and split to reveal the pale-yellow cotyledon. It is the lightest and fastest-cooking of the Indian dals and sees strong, steady demand across the Gulf, the UK and North America.

We supply washed and unwashed Moong Dal with tight control on broken percentage and husk residue, plus split-with-skin (Chilka Moong) for buyers who require it.
